All engraving into the powder coating are permanent and cannot be removed from the product. Once an item is created it is not eligible for a refund due to the engraving being permanent.
All printed designs are applied and do not come off with normal wear and tear. It is suggested to not put these items in the dishwasher. Many test have proven that they can withstand when put in the dishwasher if needed.
